AIRPORT TRANSFER

Transfer Rates: Antalya - Alanya - Antalya Transfer 70 EUR per trip for up to 5 persons. 25 EUR per additional passenger.
​Gazipasa - Alanya - Gazipasa Transfer 40 EUR per trip for up to 5 persons. 15 EUR per additional passenger.

RENT A CAR

WONENINALANYA has affiliated with a local, and a trustworthy car rental company in Alanya which offers only new and good quality cars to offer you the best prices with the most personal and flexible service. By using the Online Form, you will be able to check the availability and the prices, and provisionally book your car instantly.

Then you will be sent the price information, once you agree on the price and reply us with your price confirmation, we will reserv your car.

If you want your vehicle to be delivered to Antalya Airport on your arrival, we also can do.

HOME CLEANING

At WONENINALANYA Property Management, we have a team of carefully vetted and security checked, trained, local cleaners to take care of your home's cleaning and laundry needs. We pride ourselves on providing a personalised quality cleaning service for each individual client.

Home Cleaning services includes:

• Washing Balconies and/or Terraces

• Washing Handrails, and reachable window cills

• Washing the floors inside the house/flat where applicable (ie. kitchen, bathroom etc.)

• Hoovering the carpets/floors where applicable

• Thorough cleaning of wet areas of the house/flat (kitchen, toilet, bathroom etc)

• Cleaning, dusting, and polishing of all surfaces

• Dusting and cleaning of the furniture

• Cleaning windows, frames etc.

• General tidying up the whole house/flat

INSURANCE SERVICE

WONENINALANYA offers insurance policies from Axa Oyak Insurance & Bagislar Agency.

Content insurance policies are starting from 49 EUR for the full insurance packages including fire, flood, explosion, storm, landslide, burglary, earthquake, glass breakage, third party liabilty etc, according to the value of the property.

In Turkey there is also compulsory government earthquake insurance (DASK) which is added on to private policies.

Alanya is the second best place against earthquake risk. Earthquake policies are cheaper in Alanya comparing to highly earthquake risky cities.

Dask is calculated as: EUR0.20 per square metre of the property.

If the property is 100 square metres, policy fee would be 20 EUR.

For any policies, we would need your address information and your Turkish Tax Number. You can ask free quotation for your property.

ELECTRIC and WATER REGISTRATION

When you purchase a new property in Turkey, you need to apply to register the utilities -water and electricity- in your name.

Registration is not difficult, but can be time consuming.

It involves visits to the Electricity Board, The Municipality Building, and the Water Board with a number of documents prepared in a file. We at Alanya WONİNALANYA  are happy to help you on this matter for a small fee.

WILL in TURKEY

Most foreign property owners in Turkey are not aware that a Turkish will is required to ensure easy transition of their title deeds to their benefactors.

We can help you set up a will which will reflect your wishes accurately.

If one should pass away without a Turkish will in place indicating who they wish to inherit their assets, the property may be held by Turkish government and any heir(s) may need to take legal action to prove their right to claim these assets. 

While a will in ones own country will provide evidence in their support, this could be a long winded process involving bureaucracy and red tape. By making a will in Turkey you are over-riding the automatic rules and ensuring that the person/s you want to gift your property to can claim it and avoid other parties from inheriting.

In order to qualify to draft a will, you must be physically present in Turkey. The will document will be drafted after which you will attend the notary public with the document to notarize the will. In cases where the immovable asset is owned by 2 or more parties, each party must draw up a separate will. We will escort you to the relevant offices, and assist you with completing the necessary documentation.

We will give you a full list of documents and costs if you wish to purchase this service from us, butas a rule of thumb the documents needed and the reimbursements are: Documents Required from you:
